You Don' T Have To Know How Your Website Is Built

Business, Entrepreneurship.

More ideas for a website marketing strategy - the most important part of modern business strategy is to think on a global scale, however this doesn' t mean that businesses can afford to ignore their local market. The most noticeable change is perhaps in the way businesses operate. The world is continually changing.

Over the past few decades this has changed considerably. - consumers and businesses can buy any product from anywhere in the world thanks to the internet. Businesses are able to operate on an international scale fairly easily, but that doesn' t mean that they can lose touch with their local customers. Top business strategies include multilingual website marketing and International internet marketing. If you used a product, you can send, read a book a testimonial to the website owner and place a link to your site in the end. Another method would be writing testimonials for services that you used. The article will be related to your site and it will contain your desired keywords.

The more difficult way to achieve them is to ask for them over the net. - increasing your link popularity with this powerful links will give your site great search engine positioning and also lots of targeted visitors. You can spend some time looking for sites that are related to yours and sending an email to the webmasters. With this information you' ll be able to" speak their language" in your website content. Once you' ve identified your target market, learn the words they use to describe the problems they' re having or the benefits their seeking. Think of them as the group you' re willing to spend money and time on to get their business.

Research shows that most buyers use the internet to search for information before they buy. - it' s important to understand that even if your services or products can benefit many types of individuals, it is a lot easier to focus your marketing efforts when you have a target audience in mind. If your website doesn' t provide information to help your visitors in their buying decision they' re most likely to leave without contacting you. It can be quite difficult for firms to start competing at an international level. Bear in mind that not all of Europe speaks English, using an English website you can expect to communicate to around 16% of the population, however if you have a German, Italian and French, Spanish website then you can deal with 71% of the European market. An international marketing strategy has to be developed depending on the products and services which the business intends to offer to their customers. International marketing strategies are becoming increasingly important in many businesses all around the globe.

A common strategy will mean that you don' t have to develop strategies for individual markets. - either you had to buy low - cost tech packages that often employ little more than web graphic tricks, or you had to make a major investment in website technology developed for large corporations. Keep your focus on your customers and prospects. Often unaware of the Fortune 500 level website maintenance costs required. But all too often that website becomes a tool chest of technology challenges. Its simply the computer on which your website parks in order to be viewed by visitors to the World Wide Web. This hosting account is integrated with all the software and tools required to create, operate and update your website, for one year.

Most dealers know the potential of the Internet, but they may not know how to use the Internet to generate the more incremental profit for their dealership. - if you design and build your site with all of these characteristics in mind you will be ahead of most of the dealers out there. Well, the first step that most dealers take is to build and brand their dealership website. However, building and branding a world class website alone is not going to generate results. The bottom line is to drive measurable results and profits to your dealership. Although the website is an important component, it is only part of the whole picture.

A reciprocal link is some kind of agreement between two webmasters. - this is some kind of win - win situation because both websites benefit form this linking, receiving direct traffic and increasing link popularity. Both of them place on their site a link that points to the other one' s website. This situation could become really frustrating when you see that you still keep a link for a website but you' re not receiving one back. You don' t have to make any changes to your website structure or architecture. Try that with newspapers, TV or radio!

You don' t have to know how your website is built. - google' s system also factors click through rate( ctr) in its ranking of advertisements. And best of all - you only pay when your advertisement is clicked on - not when it is shown. Search Engine Marketing process is often generically referred to as" pay per click" (PPC) advertising because you only pay when someone clicks on the advertising link, not when your advertisement is displayed. Is it that stirring copy? So what makes a website" popular? " What elevates one guy' s( or gal' s) website over and above the next? Backlinks are incoming links to a website or web page.

In basic link terminology, a backlink is any link received by a web node( web page, website, directory, or top level domain) from another web node. - the number of backlinks is an indication of the popularity or importance of that website or page. Backlinks are also called as incoming links, inlinks, inbound links, and inward links. All aspects of the. Many of the sites hosted on a free or low cost service are not being looked at the same way as one being hosted by a reputable service. There is no one set of rules, but rather many that are continually changing.

Web accessibility issues are often due to inappropriate use of technologies - such as content management systems, security systems and even some dynamically generated site technologies. - unless you or your in - house staff possesses the time, knowledge and persistence to continually monitor these changing rules, your site' s ranking will unquestionably fall into the vastness of the world wide web. These technologies can sometimes hinder site access for both search engine spiders and human users. This means that they are searching for your product or service in the Internet and they are ready to purchase now or in the very near future. This is low cost and most effective compared to other forms of online marketing, because you can easily reach the targeted customers who are already in their pro - active state. Understanding how different techniques support or sabotage Website marketing strategies can be critical to a site' s success or failure.

Email marketing is cheap, easy to implement and can be very effective as a direct response tool. - firstly e - mail marketing has to be taken into account as an important strategy.

Most Business Owners Close Their Businesses Voluntarily

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Franchise business: when to quit - most business owners close their businesses voluntarily. In rare cases, some business close because the owner have found a better business opportunity.

There is a variety of reason why business closes but one common factor among all these is that the business ceases to provide a decent income to meet the needs of the business owner. - but some businesses owners stop operating their businesses not for the reason that the business is losing money but rather, it is because they had received an offer from someone to buy the business. Meanwhile, for people with a franchise business, the reason for quitting is often because they can no longer pay for the royalty fee that comes with availing of the said franchise. If this is the case for you, then you need to do a cost benefit analysis, this means that you should know whether you are going to earn more if you continue with your current business or are you going to benefit more from the buy - out offer. But quitting doesn' t necessarily mean you should stop looking for other business opportunities because there are many other businesses you can get into. Some franchises give you the option to earn more in terms of percentage profit and you receive the return on your investment within just a short period of time. You can still avail of other franchise opportunities available in the market.

If you don' t have the necessary resources to avail of a franchise, then you can also consider looking home business opportunities. - there is no limit in business opportunities you can get into but you should also consider your strengths, and the opportunities, your weakness and threats in your environment. This way, you will have a lesser start up costs and you can run your business at the convenience of your own home. In some cases however, some businesses are beyond redemption. Another example is the beeper, this is an outmoded technology, and there is really no choice on the part of the business owner because this product is not going to sell even with heavy advertising and promotion. For example, a business may be selling a product that is out of trend. This is because of the instruction of the cellular phone and the voice over internet protocol technology.

But overall, the decision to quit is made by both the business owner and the target market. - this development allows the customers more convenience at a lesser cost. Remember though, that most businesses do not earn much money during the first year of operations. So you should not quit if you believe that your business has a chance of making some profits after several years. In fact some businesses only get their return on its investments after several years of hard work and marketing promotions. Even if you quit your current business, the world is still wide open for you to another business opportunity, it is up to you whether you will take advantage of it or not.

Firstly, Brainstorm What You Want From A Franchise - Flexibility

Business, Entrepreneurship.

11 steps to find your perfect franchise - step 1 - get to know yourself. Firstly, brainstorm what you want from a franchise - flexibility?

Before you do anything, you need to take a long, hard look at yourself and why you want to go into franchising. - work from home? To work with a strong brand? A challenge? You also need to honest with yourself about your strengths and weaknesses, your skills and your experience. It' s important for you to identify these things so you can base your future decision on them. For examples, if finance isn' t your strong point then you need to make sure you can get adequate financial support from the franchise you choose.

Step 2 - Crunch your numbers. - figure out how much you can afford then choose your shortlist based on that, rather than choosing the franchises you like, then struggling to scrape together the money - starting off on the back foot will make it really difficult for you to succeed in the long - term. As well as knowing yourself, it' s essential that you know your financial situation - you need to be realistic about what you can and can' t afford right from the beginning and also the timeframe you need for accessing finance. Once you' ve set you' re budget, stick to it! Step 3 - Research, research, research! Looking above what you can realistically afford will only cause you more stress and confusion. Use whatever tools you have at your disposal to find out about the franchise industry.

You should also subscribe to some franchising and small business magazines to get their perspective on the industry. - a good place to start is the internet - read articles and reports from the franchise council of australia, search for advice from franchising experts and browse franchise directories to see what' s available. Empower yourself with as much knowledge as possible before you start on your franchise search. You' ve equipped yourself with knowledge of the industry and have established your own position, so now it' s time to find some franchise opportunities that you like. Step 4 - Start the search. The best way to start is to search online directories, because you can conduct searches based on the industry you want to get into and on how much you want to invest. Ideally, the website should have a section dedicated to franchising with lots of information, like on the Bloomtools website.

You should also view the websites of the franchises you like to find out more information about them and the opportunity they are offering. - step 5 - shortlist your favourites. Put the names of each franchise down the left side of the page and several headings across the top that are important to you, such as' professional image' , 'brand strength' , 'training offered' and' marketing support' . Next you should create a simple spreadsheet to help you evaluate these franchises and shortlist approximately 3 of them. Then for each franchise, make notes about each area and rate them out of ten. Step 6 - Find out more. This summary only needs to be very basic to help you get your list down to 3, so you can contact each of these for more information.

You will now need more information from the franchises on your shortlist. - prepare a list of questions to ask them to get more details on what you have already ranked them on and to work out whether you will be compatible with them. Make contact with each one and arrange to meet or speak with their Franchising Manager. Many potential franchisees that contact Bloomtools for more information ask questions such as: o Who runs Bloomtools? o What is the target market of Bloomtools? o How does the Bloomtools franchise system work? o What will it cost me to set up a Bloomtools franchise? o What kind of training, marketing and support is offered by Bloomtools? Step 7 - Pick a winner! Asking questions like this will help you get as much information as possible so you can make an informed decision.

Now that you' ve had a chance to speak to someone from each of your shortlisted franchises, evaluate what you' ve learnt and choose a favourite to pursue. - usually this stage will involve signing a confidentiality agreement, because the franchisor will be giving you information that they don' t want you to pass onto anyone else. Once you choose to contact this franchise again to get more information, you are moving along the franchisee process, but you are not yet locked into anything. These agreements are standard in the industry, but make sure you read it thoroughly before you sign it. If both parties are keen, you can continue to move onto the next stage which involves you signing an agreement and gaining access to their financial data. At this stage, the franchisor will also want to make sure you are the right type of person for them, so they may ask for permission to do a credit check on you and ask you some qualifying questions. Step 8 - Dig deeper.

After you' ve signed an agreement with the franchisor and been given their financial data and other information, you get a period of time to conduct what is called' due diligence' . - once you' ve gotten this far in the franchisee process, you are obviously pretty serious about investing in the franchise. This basically just means doing even more thorough research and seeking professional advice. Then meet with your lawyer and accountant to go through everything with them and get their expert opinion. Get more detailed information about the company by speaking to their other franchisees and researching more about their products and services, history and directors. Make sure you take advantage of this time to learn as much as you can, then compare it with your experience, skills and financial situation. Step 9 - Meet face - to - face.

If you aren' t 100% convinced that it' s the opportunity for you, then now is the time to pull out. - as mentioned, it is just as important to the franchisor that you are the right person for the job. This is designed to find out if you are compatible with their business and to discuss all the finer details of the opportunity. So once you' ve received all the information from them and passed all their checks, it' s time to have a formal interview with their franchising team. Obviously you will still have more questions, so use this opportunity to ask them - don' t leave this meeting without finding out what you want to know. If the franchisor wants to formally offer you the franchise and you accept the offer, you will have to sign a legally binding agreement and organise to pay an initial deposit( the deposit will vary greatly depending on the company) .

Also, evaluate the key people in the franchise face - to - face - if you don' t like the people, the franchise may not be for you. - step 10 - "cool off" if you need to. This time is required by law because many people change their mind after signing because they got caught up in the excitement of the process or were pressured into it. A' cooling off' period is time that franchisors are legally required to give you to think about your decision to sign with them. In this time, you can withdraw from your agreement with them without losing your deposit. If you do sign, but are then unsure, take advantage of this time to evaluate your decision and seek more advice if necessary. However you will be charged for any costs that the franchisor incurred in that time( such as lawyer' s fees) , so the best idea is not to sign in the first place if you have doubts.

Step 11 - Join the team. - you have now joined the thousands of australians that own a franchise business and get to be their own boss. Congratulations! This stage of the process involves making payment for the franchise you have purchased and getting your business underway. The process and timelines at this stage really depend on the company you are involved with, so make sure you work this all out with them. Firstly you will need to arrange a time to begin the training offered by the franchisor and also organize the location of your business. The final piece of advice I can give you is to maximise the opportunity you have been given - take advantage of extra training, engage in lots of local area marketing, build strong relationships with the franchisor and other franchisees and do everything you possibly can to achieve success in your business.

Good luck! - if you do this, the results will speak for themselves. Looking for an Internet franchise where we do the work and you profut? We give people that are passionate about the Internet and business the opportunity to own their own world - class website development and Internet marketing franchise, all without having to know how to build a website. Look no further than Bloomtools. You meet and talk, you profit, we build - it' s that simple.

Creates A Very Nimble, Product Development Or, Market Sensitive R& D Arm

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Venture capital alternative for technology entrepreneurs - if you are an entrepreneur with a small technology based company looking to take it to the next level, this article should be of particular interest to you. According to Jim Casparie, founder and CEO of the Venture Alliance, the odds of getting Venture funding remain below 3% . Your natural inclination may be to seek venture capital or private equity to fund your growth.

Given those odds, the six to nine month process, often punishing valuations, the heavy, the expense of the process, this might not be the best path for you to take. - it allows the entrepreneur to bring in smart money and to maintain control. We have created a hybrid M& A model designed to bring the appropriate capital resources to you entrepreneurs. We have taken the experiences of several technology entrepreneurs and combined that with our traditional investment banker Merger and Acquisition approach and crafted a model that both large industry players and the high tech business owners are embracing. Most of the recent blockbuster products have been the result of an entrepreneurial effort from an early stage company bootstrapping its growth in a very cost conscious lean environment. Our experiences in the technology space led us to the conclusion that new product introductions were most efficiently and cost effectively the purview of the smaller, low overhead companies, nimble and not the technology giants. The big companies, with all their seeming advantages experienced a high failure rate in new product introductions and the losses resulting from this art of capturing the next hot technology were substantial.

There were hundreds of failures from the start - ups as well. - don' t get us wrong. However, the failure for the edgy little start - up resulted in losses in the$ 1 - $5 million range. For every Google, or Salesforce, Ebay. com, there are literally hundreds of companies that either flame out or never reach a critical mass beyond a loyal early adapter market. The same result from an industry giant was often in the$ 100 million to$ 250 million range. It seems like the mentality of these smaller business owners is, using the example of the popular TV show, Deal or No Deal, to hold out for the$ 1 million briefcase. As we discussed the dynamics of this market, we were drawn to a merger and acquisition model commonly used by technology bell weather, that we felt, Cisco Systems could also be applied to a broad cross section of companies in the high tech niche.

What about that logical contestant that objectively weighs the facts and the odds and cashes out for$ 280, 000? - cisco systems is a serial acquirer of companies. They recognize, that they cannot, however possibly capture all the new developments in this rapidly changing field through internal development alone. They do a tremendous amount of R& D and organic product development. Cisco seeks out investments in promising, technology companies and, small this approach has been a key element in their market dominance. They purchase a minority stake in the early stage company with a call option on acquiring the remainder at a later date with an agreed - upon valuation multiple.

They bring what we refer to as smart money to the high tech entrepreneur. - this structure is a brilliantly elegant method to dramatically enhance the risk reward profile of new product introduction. For the same level of dilution that an entrepreneur would get from a VC, angel investor or private equity group, the entrepreneur gets the performance leverage of" smart money. " See# The entrepreneur gets to grow his business with Cisco' s support at a far more rapid pace than he could alone. Here is why: For the Entrepreneur: (Just substitute in your technology industry giant' s name that is in your category for Cisco below) The involvement of Cisco - resources, brand, market presence, distribution capability is a self fulfilling prophecy to your product' s success. He is more likely to establish the critical mass needed for market leadership within his industry' s brief window of opportunity. As an old Wharton professor used to ask, "What would you rather have, all of a grape or part of a watermelon? " That sums it up pretty well.

He gets an exit strategy with an established valuation metric while the buyer helps him make his exit much more lucrative. - the involvement of cisco gives the product a much better probability of growing significantly. For the Large Company Investor: Create access to a large funnel of developing technology and products. The entrepreneur will own a meaningful portion of a far bigger asset. Creates a very nimble, product development or, market sensitive R& D arm. Diversify their product development portfolio - because this approach provides for a relatively small investment in a greater number of opportunities fueled by the entrepreneurial spirit, they greatly improve the probability of creating a winner. Minor resource allocation to the autonomous operator during his" skunk works" market proving development stage.

By investing early and getting an equity position in a small company and favorable valuation metrics on the call option, they pay a fraction of the market price to what they would have to pay if they acquired the company once the product had proven successful. - big green technologies utilized this model successfully with their investment in mobile crm systems. Let' s use two hypothetical companies to demonstrate this model, and Mobile CRM, Big Green Technologies Systems. Big Green Technologies acquired a 25% equity stake in Mobile CRM Systems in 1999 for$ 4 million. Sales exploded and Big Green Technologies exercised their call option on the remaining 75% equity in Mobile CRM Systems in 2004 for$ 224 million. While allowing this entrepreneurial firm to operate autonomously, they backed them with leverage and a modest level of capital resources. Sales for Mobile CRM Systems were projected to hit$ 420 million in 200 Given today' s valuation metrics for a company with Mobile CRM Systems' growth rate and profitability, their market cap is about$ 26 Billion, or 3 times trailing 12 months revenue.

Their effective acquisition price totaling$ 229 million represents an 82% discount to Mobile CRM Systems' 2005 market cap. - big green technologies invested$ 5 million initially, gave them access to their leverage, and exercised their call option for$ 224 million. Big Green Technologies is reaping additional benefits. These acquisitions have transformed Big Green Technologies from a low growth legacy provider into a Wall Street standout with a growing stable of high margin, high growth brands. This acquisition was the catalyst for several additional investments in the mobile computing and content end of the tech industry. Big Green Technologies' profits have tripled in four years and the stock price has doubled since 2000, far outpacing the tech industry average.

Not bad for a$ 5 million bet on a new product in 199Wait, let' s not forget about our entrepreneur. - this success has triggered the aggressive introduction of new products and new markets. His total proceeds of$ 229 million are a fantastic 5 - year result for a little company with 1999 sales of under$ 20 million. MMC can either represent the small entrepreneurial firm looking for the" smart money" investment with the appropriate growth partner or the large industry player looking to enhance their new product strategy with this creative approach. MidMarket Capital has borrowed this model combining the Cisco hybrid acquisition experience with our investment banking experience to offer this unique Investment Banking service. This model has successfully served the technology industry through periods of outstanding growth and market value creation. Many of the same dynamics are present today in the high tech industry and these same transaction strutctures can be similarly employed to create value.

If you look carefully and do your homework, there' s no reason you can' t find one that will give you everything you want. Don' t fall for scams, but do thoroughly investigate and consider honest, legitimate businesses that can truly make you the money you deserve.

I Hear Many People Who Say They Want To Make Money Online Tell Me They Want To Make A Few Hundred Dollars Per Month

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Start your online business with failure - failing is one of the most important things you will do when starting an online business. The best thing about an online business is you can fail in record time, and learn very quickly what does not work, and as you learn what does work, you can focus on those things, and begin to increase your profits month after month. It is great to fail, because when you learn what does not work, you can stop doing it, and focus on what does work.

Another failure I see is the failure to Think BIG. - if that is what you want, then you might be surprised to learn that you could make that in a single day, and take 29 days vacation per month. I hear many people who say they want to make money online tell me they want to make a few hundred dollars per month. Of course, the first$ 100 will be the hardest money you ever make, the second, but after that$ 100 will be twice as easy, and it just gets easier and easier as you go on. First, there is knowing what to sell - making your own product, or finding hot selling products with affiliate programs. When you first start out, it seems difficult and nearly impossible because there are so many pieces to put together.

Then, you need to know how to sell it, and that means knowing your customer, and the things that motivate them to buy. - then proving that you are not a scammer, but someone who could really help them. Once you know all that, then you need to know how to reach them, and have a message that quickly connects with them and lets them know you have something they really want. And then having the whole system to process an order and fulfill the purchase( e. g. deliver the product, inform the customer about the order status) . Then there is your affiliate program - the single most powerful thing you can do to increase sales and profits. If you are successful, you will have follow - up offers, so you will need an autoresponder system and other products to recommend.

So, it is a little bit complicated when you first start out. - even more importantly, they can tell you what to ignore, and what to focus on. That is why having a professional who can walk you through each step and tell you what to do, how to do it, and when to do it can be such a powerful advantage. This can save you 95% of your time, and increase your chances of success by a thousand percent or more. I have seen people struggle for years - 3 years or more in many cases, before they find a proven way to make money online, and in almost every case, it was finding a reliable person who knows what to do, and how to do it, and who gets them focused on following what works, before they really started to make a good online income.

They Can Go Over The Questions About City Code And Business Law With You

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Preparing the expenses for the restaurant purchase - there are dozens of points to go over to prepare the new business owner for a restaurant purchase. I' ll go over some basic preliminary points to consider, but mainly focus on a big purchase that the chef will be savvy to - - the restaurant equipment purchase. Some major organizations and goal plotting needs to be done before any cash is exchanged or any signatures are put down on paper.

Legitimizing the Restaurant Space and Practice. - laws vary a bit from state to state. Two things that every new entrepreneur will want to have at the top of their list is, to find legal, one backing - - at least someone savvy with business legal issues, preferably a full - blown lawyer, making sure that, and two your business license is properly obtained. Business licenses are granted by criteria outlined by the state, county and city you are operating out of. Your business license is the basic go - ahead from the powers that be that allows you permission to engage in the business of providing a restaurant. Along with some information I' ll provide below you will want to investigate your local state government web page or go to the small business administration that is local to you. This does not give you permission to serve food yet, as there are other permits such as a food handler' s permit that would need to be obtained as well.

The city and state will probably have you doing some leg work between a few departments. - this license will show that your location of business is properly zoned, meets fire and safety code, state and local codes for the space are met, and the intent to regulate the space properly is adhered to. Salt Lake City, asks that you, for instance get the following done: - Complete a corporate application for new business and regulatory license form. - Pay all the fees. - Register with the Utah State Dept. of Commerce( you' ll need a name and declaration of business type, like if you are going to be a LLC, partnership etc, corporation) - Get a state sales tax number. - Obtain a federal tax ID number. They can be found online quite easy and will usually give you a good rundown of your set up within a few hours time, depending on your questions, worries and business organization. Finally, a legal representative' s advice may help as well. You might not put one on retainer unless you have the cash, which I suppose most won' t will such a big investment.

It can help save you much more in the long run. - they can go over the questions about city code and business law with you. Points about Restaurant Supplies. It really depends on what you are serving and the level of service you are providing. There are a ton of options out there with all sorts of gadgets and tools you can use in your kitchen, bar and dining area. A steakhouse may put more into buying quality serving utensils than say, a greasy spoon diner.

So is a freezer. - the fridge is one of the biggest investments in the restaurant supply gamut. For both you' ll want to get industrial size and strength brands. It will be necessary for food preparedness and scores points for the health inspector. Make sure that they have a temperature level located on the outside to actively monitor the level. If you are doing anything with deep fried food, a deep - fat fryer is pretty big on the grocery list.

Skimping on this or any of the big guys targeted for you kitchen is not advised as it will probably save you on repairs and overall efficiency later. - you will see the price of those rise mainly due to how evenly they heat the oil and how efficient they use the burner fuel to heat the oil.

It Is A Business And Definitely Not A Hobby

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Tiny step to a giant mlm business - in order to build your multilevel home business, you need to understand one simple aspect. Also remember that nothing is free in life.

It is a business and definitely not a hobby. - realize also that things being extended free of charge will not in all probability be of value and thus ineffective. You' ll have to expend time and some cash, it is an uncomplicated truth. If matters are free then you likely will bring forth free stuff that wouldn' t work out. Find a product or service that you really like. Then build your own MLM home business using a system that can work using the internet. Join a company that sells just that.

If this is like the other types of business, you will need the necessary business skills to run their new venture to ensure its success. - any skill a network marketer may need, they can learn while running their mlm home business based from their marketing plan. However, an MLM or Network Marketing home business marketer needs no special skills to run their multi - level system. For anybody who would want to start a home - based business, MLM makes good business sense. For anyone who' d wish to commence a home - based commercial enterprise, MLM makes sound business sense. The start up costs is generally low, and there are always good training systems in place. The inauguration tolls are in general low, and there are forever good education systems in place.

Many people would love to own their own business. - what could take years to attain in a job financially could be achieved in just months by mlm. Some business can be started on a part - time basis and move to full time as the business grows. For some people owning their own business is just a pipe dream. With Multilevel Marketing the prospects of building a large business after starting small does happen. They do not know where to start, and even worse start - up capital is limited. With MLM you can work full or part time, even set your own hours.

This is not the case with MLM, commonly referred to as Multilevel Marketing. - this all can be done with a minimal amount of start up cash, yet the sky is the limit. There is an abundance of technology that is driving this MLM explosion. This is especially true if you have a minimal amount of start - up cash. Household business enterprise in the form of MLM has never been more prosperous. Once an MLM business is established and well under way, a typical week might take 3 to 5 hours of some form of enjoyable work to keep your network running smoothly. With the outgrowth of electronic tools and additional gadgetry, your chore has, joined with cyberspace been hacked down to one - half.

That' s it. - many years ago, many people were scared away from mlm because of bad experiences. Your working day is finished. The other thing was the amount of hours people had to put in to succeed and MLM. It' s up to you the seller to apply those acquired skills to your own MLM business organization and network. The most dependable way to take on multi - level marketing is to analyze it.

You Will Never Win With MLM Marketing

Business, Entrepreneurship.

How to earn more with mlm marketing and ebay - mlm marketing can be a great money maker. We also find this other great market place' eBay' .

With most millionaires in the United States owing to MLM Marketing for there huge successes. - so i am asked many times by my teams and others" how can we utilise these two great mediums to create amazing results. If you' ve had any contact with me and know a bit about my past, you know that I' ve been a powerseller on eBay. So, in this article I will clarify how it can be done. However, at the time I was not in the current MLM Marketing organisation I' m with or was anything to do with MLM. Note: eBay regulations don' t allow us to market MLM Marketing type businesses on eBay. What I did, was several things, realise however with eBay which allows it to be a fantastic medium to maximise earnings when you know how.

So Kozan, how are we to utilise eBay with MLM Marketing? - as you may or may not know... your list is always like a bar of gold. If you are on eBay at the minute, you very likely sell something or have done. More bigger your list is, more wealthy it is. It' s kind of like trash. As long as your list is organised.

Trash is trash, rubbish! - let me explain... you have a list of people who buy e - books, etc, products... dealing with making money. However, when your list is organised, it can be very profitable. This list is a cash mine. If that person has purchased from you, it' s your list now. As it gives you the ability to contact them, and tell them about what you have( your MLM Marketing opportunity) . And you can contact them and tell them about your MLM Marketing opportunity.

A hurdle you will have to pass is to make your email or call, etc... to be in a frame of - I thought you might like to hear about this... eBay and many other methods of marketing today is dependant and become successful due to the relationship factor. - if they have been satisfied with your service, then you fully, and the product are able to let them know what is on offer. Better relationship with you and people, the more sales you have. Especially in today' s internet world. People don' t want the hard sell option. People want YOU to CARE.

WARNING: If you' re into fast buck, get out quick! - anyway, that' s what mlm marketing is all about, and relationships, building trust. You will never win with MLM Marketing! Put them up in units if the product usually comes in larger quantities( like a 24 pack vitamins supplement) . Another way to utilise eBay is if you have a product with your MLM Marketing home business, then you can put up the product on eBay. This method can also be great if you are just starting out in a MLM Marketing opportunity or before you start.

I suggest you try several times before making judgement about whether it works or not. - it will allow you to see how much people are genuinely willing to pay for the product. Like everything, and if you, it takes time are new at eBay selling then you need to build up reputation in feedback. There a loads of ways to make it work. I hope this answers a lot of the questions you may have had about eBay and MLM Marketing. There are also loads of ways which you can' t use with eBay.

I strongly suggest against you trying to put up ads for your MLM Marketing opportunity on eBay, as that will get you in a lot of trouble( possibly with your MLM Marketing organisation and could potentially get you banned from eBay) . 2 Rules. - it is a fine line. Only work with your list for the opportunity. In my next article to you I will be speaking about the Internet the new frontier for MLM Marketing. Only put up products which have no strings attached on eBay( exactly like as if you where purchasing from a wholesaler) . Till then... To your greatest success, Kozan Huseyin~ MLM Marketing Expert, Writer, Internet Marketer.

Treat It Like A Business

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Tips to send your vending machine profits soaring - starting your own vending business can be a fun and profitable endeavor. You can service your own vending machines at your own schedule.

You can start with a small investment, even just single gumball machine. - product markup is high, with a$ .25 product costing you only$ .02 - $.03 to buy. As lucrative as a vending business can be, a few simple tips can turn a small profit into an income powerhouse. The profits are all cash and collected daily. Location, location, location. You want to find businesses with not just high foot traffic, but with customers carrying spare change. Many industries are sensitive to location, and a vending business is no exception.

More important, you want to find locations that other vending business operators haven' t already discovered. - location within your community isn' t the only factor. The more locations and the more varied they are, the more steady your income will be. Location in the business hosting your machine is critical as well. In a retail business, you will want to place the vending machine between the cashier and the exit. Sometimes, moving a vending machine a few feet can send profits soaring.

This guarantees not only that every customer will pass by your machine, but that customers will have the change from their purchase in their hands and this leads to impulse buys. - in office environments, the obvious choice would be break rooms or kitchens. In non - retail establishments, look for other high traffic areas such as restrooms or telephones. Look at the location from the business owner' s point of view. Team up with a charity. The vending machine should not obstruct traffic or otherwise be intrusive as the owner may decide his commission isn' t worth the trouble.

When you ally your vending business with a charity, you agree to donate a percentage of your profits. - most business owners will waive their commissions for charity vending machines, and owners who might not otherwise be willing to have a vending machine in their establishment will accept a charity machine. In return, you get stickers to put on your machines to show the affiliation. If the business owner waives the commission, this often means you will not see a decrease in profits. Plus, your vending business, of course is helping the community. Customers are more likely to buy from charity machines, happy that their money will do some good. Treat it like a business.

Although you can service the machines at your own schedule, you must still service them regularly. - the flexibility of a vending business can be its very downfall. If you treat it like a hobby, then it will pay like a hobby. The people who buy from your vending machines are not your only customers. If you treat it as a business, you can realize substantial profits. The business owners are as well.

An unhappy owner might replace you out in favor of another, more professional vending business. - show that you appreciate them allowing your machines on their property. Appearing with a smile on your face when you come to service your machines and being friendly with customers and staff makes a huge impression on business owners.

The Toxic Manager

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Do you want fries with that management style? - i' ve written many times about my vast experience in the fast food industry, not as a worker, but as an often mistreated customer. That vow usually ended up in the dumpster when my craving for a chicken burrito got the better of my logic and principles.

Each story typically involved bad food, horrible customer service, apathetic employees, and a vow never to return. - this time i' m talking about fast food for a different reason. Working in the fast food industry is not easy, it doesn' t pay very well, and it' s often a thankless job with long hours and little rewards. There are lessons to be learned from those who toil behind the counters of America' s fast food joints. I' m not espousing the plight of the fry guy here. One of the best management books I' ve read recently is called" My Secret Life on the McJob" by Jerry Newman. I' m talking about those who manage the restaurants that so many of us rely on for our daily bread.

Newman, a management professor at the University of New York at Buffalo took a break from teaching MBA students and spent 14 months working low level jobs at seven fast food restaurants, among them Arby' s, McDonald' s, Burger King, and Krystal. - others were miserable, misplaced circles of hell. The book jacket makes the point that every entrepreneur, or manager should, executive heed: "Of the seven restaurants where Newman worked, some were high - morale, high - productivity machines. Yet one common trait stuck out from them all: Each restaurant' s respective manager determined the climate of the work environment. " In other words, the person in charge sets the mood and establishes the culture in which the employees, and ultimately the business, succeeds or fails. I never worked fast food, my resume lies primarily in broadcasting and technology, but I found that the industry didn' t matter. As I read the book I thought about managers that I had when I was still in the ranks of the employed.

There are good bosses and bad bosses in every industry. - i' ve had great bosses and i' ve had lousy bosses. And their mood and management style always determined the workplace culture over which they ruled. And you all know who you are. Again, I believe the industry is moot. Newman identified four main management types that permeated the fast food restaurants in which he worked.

You' ll find these same management styles in every industry. - the toxic manager. You may not be a fast food manager, but if you' re an entrepreneur, one of the, manager or executive following probably describes your dominant management style. Toxic Managers are disrespectful of their employees and spend more time degrading than motivating. They are miserable managers who believe that misery loves company because they do all they can to make everyone around them as miserable as they are. They use sarcasm as a management tool and don' t mind letting everyone know that they are unhappy and why. They manage by terror, and threats, intimidation.

The Mechanical Manager. - if this is you, seek help immediately before your employees stuff you in the grease trap. Mechanical Managers are so called because their actions are mechanical, like sad little robots doing jobs they hate. They hate their job, they hate everyone around them, and they make it painfully obvious that they would rather be anywhere else than at work. They show up every day and perform their jobs with about as much enthusiasm as a sloth. They go through the motions and go home.

A mechanical manager breeds a culture of apathy and angst. - and their actions are contagious. If this is you, either find a way to enjoy the job or go work somewhere else. The Relationship Manager. You' re bumming everybody out, dude. According to Newman, the Relationship Manager was a rarity in the fast food restaurants in which he worked. Even though the turnover rate in fast food averages 500 percent, relationship managers held that number closer to 100 by showing that they actually cared about their employees and saw them as more than temporary hands flipping burgers.

As the name implies, Relationship Managers worked on building relationships with their workers. - relationship managers build cultures that are friendly and supportive. Here' s your free apple pie! If this is you, bravo! The Performance Manager. The Performance Manager sets expectations and motivates his team to achieve them.

The Performance Manager also uses relationship techniques, but does so to ensure the performance of the team. - if this is you, again grab that free pie and give yourself a hand. Which management style best describes you? Let' s forget fast food now and just look at the management styles Newman identified. Perhaps the more important question is which describes the culture you' ve created in your business? If your crew is bickering and nothing is getting done, it' s probably because your toxic management style is creating the culture for it. If your crew is happy and performing well, chances are it' s because of the example you set and the mood you create.

Remember this: Toxic managers usually have six words on their tombstones: Do you want fries with that?

You Need To Still Enjoy Your Life While You' Re Building Your Business

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Business success strategies - - lies that trap us - as a recovering workaholic/ perfectionist, not to mention having delusions of superhero syndrome, i' m quite familiar with the lies we tell ourselves. They' re the ones that keep us stuck and away from our dreams.

You know these lies. - we might not be where we want to be in our business or our lives, but change is hard. Worse, change forces us to face our fears. It' s uncomfortable. So the lies allow us to stay put. They give us a reason NOT to change.

Right where we' re stuck. - and these lies keep us from having the business and/ or life we' ve always wanted. Below are a few of my favorites( although this is by no means an exhaustive list) . So what are these lies? If I would just work a little harder, I could get everything done. (This lie also has a part 2 - - the guilt that happens when you don' t get everything done. ) Working harder isn' t the answer. Unfortunately we' re not Superman.

Having a realistic idea of what you can do in a day is. - we don' t have super powers. And there' s only so much we can do in one day by ourselves. (This is also why you want to start creating teams in your business so you CAN get more done in less time. We' re human. But even if you have a team, there is still only so much you personally can get done. ) If I just sacrifice now, I can reap the benefits later. While it IS true when you' re gearing up to launch a big product or a business venture or a big campaign, you may very well have to put in more hours for a brief period of time.

This is a scary one because there' s some truth mixed in here. - the lie comes in when it never stops. Next week, you' re putting in overtime because an emergency cropped up for a different client. This week, there' s a big project for a client you have to finish up. The week after you' re working longer because you need to do some marketing to make sure the pipeline stays full. You' re constantly putting your personal life" on hold" because you know one day it will all come together and you' ll be able to sit back and reap the rewards of all the hard work. Oh, and don' t forget to try and squeeze in time to create a product or to start a second business venture.

But that day never seems to come. - i won' t deny it. This one is a toughie. But you need to get it through your head there is a natural rhythm to all businesses. The difference is they typically know when to stop. ) But, there are also times to sit back and take it easy. There are times you need to work like a dog. (And every single successful person I' ve ever met works like a dog every now and then.

Work fewer hours. - it doesn' t have to be complete in order for you to celebrate it. Enjoy what you' ve built so far. And there are your" normal" times - - times when you put in a full week yet you' re still able to enjoy your weekends without feeling like you need to squeeze in few extra hours on your business. You need to still enjoy your life while you' re building your business. When even though things are humming and you' re busy, you still make time to take that art class or watch your kids play soccer.

And you need to know you' ll have the energy and passion to put in a few extra hours of work when it' s called for. - if you want to be successful, you have to work hard. The only way to do that is to make taking time a priority. This one is about your mindset. I have rubbed shoulders with plenty of very successful people. Again, it' s not an easy one.

And there is no question they work very hard. - being successful and working hard are not synonymous. But, like I said earlier, they also know when to stop. Plenty of people work very hard and never see much success. You CAN do both. Plenty of people are very successful and also take quite a bit of time off.

It' s very possible. - once you truly believe it' s possible, then it will happen. The point is you have to change your mindset.

Cloud, Expert

Business, Entrepreneurship.

How you can leverage your knowledge to become an expert part 1 - one of the easiest ways to increase your web site traffic, sales for your online business or service, or turn browsers into clients, hinges on you becoming known as an expert in your field. Writing timely articles as a method of becoming known, levels the playing field for ordinary people and allows them to position themselves as the" go - to" guy or girl in their industry. Elevating your status may not be nearly as difficult as you may think.

People who market on the Internet, take advantage of this concept by focusing on the primary function of the web: Content. - business owners and entrepreneurs, traffic, get free publicity, and sales by submitting short, helpful articles to web sites and newsletter publishers who eagerly look for this type of content. Providing much - needed content may be the way to go, especially if you find yourself short on cash. Furthermore, the criteria for a good article centers first upon what you say and not necessarily how you say it. Not only that, but you can do so by developing an effective strategy on a small budget. Although you may be a passive communicator, you can still position yourself as an expert.

If I may give a personal example: In August 2004, I was just Marvin D. - however, after i published, in september 2004 the book, "get off the pot: how to stop procrastinating and write your personal bestseller in 90 days, " i immediately became marvin d. Cloud. Cloud, expert. More specifically, I specialize in the self - publishing arena. My chosen body of knowledge remains writing and publishing.

However, anyone can easily become known as an expert in any field. - you become an expert by repurposing your intellectual knowledge for maximum exposure and profit. When I look back over some of the key income streams I encompassed over the years, before embarking on my current profession nearly 30 years ago - - lawn boy, hog farmer, porter - - if I knew then to use the principles I know now, within a few weeks, I would be considered an expert in any of those endeavors. What qualifies a person as an expert, anyway? The term I use for this discover is Kindergarten - nomics. Expert: "Having, or displaying special, involving skill or knowledge. " (Merriam - Webster) "You become an expert when you know something others wished they knew. " (Cloud) In another article" Elementary School Lesson Can Transform The Marketing Results Of Your Business, " I stated how the reality of school today points to the fact that some students often challenge" intelligence. " While in elementary school, I discovered the inherent value in appearing to know the answer to the questions asked by the teacher. Making sure that the teacher could see that I possibly had the answer( raising my hand) easily set me apart from at least 95% of the class.

I learned the value of being seen as an expert at an early age. - answering the question correctly, not only endeared me to the teacher, but also served notice to my classmates of my seriousness when it came to the work at hand. Promotion comes when others view you as an expert, and only after you master a particular discipline. The same happens on the job. After all, to pass from one grade level to another grade level you must master( pass) by proving that you know enough to advance. You must convince your superior( s) that you possess the necessary acumen to advance to a better position. Take advantage of educational - based marketing( writing about what you know) to propel your status.

You do that by becoming a value - added employee, partner business owner or service provider. - consider your passion. The key to success as an expert comes when you developing your passion. We develop special expertise in areas in a strong personal interest exists. Start with your passion and what you already know, and then develop your own strategic program for getting known as the expert in your field.

Kids Have Been Babysitting For Many Years

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Income ideas for your kids to start now - if your kids show signs of being an entrepreneur and have a desire to make money, there are infinite activities that you can turn them onto. Entrepreneurship, has few age, like genius barriers.

Just because they are young does not mean that there are not money making activities that they can take part in. - in fact, there are many tasks that they can complete that adults may find to be boring or not worth there time. Yard work is an all time favorite of kids that are looking to make a little bit of extra money. Listed below are just a few of the best ideas for kids to make money. The reason that this can be a great way for kids to make money is because a lot of people hate this aspect of owning a home. When it comes to yard work, there are many activities that kids can complete. In addition, there are also a lot of people that are too old to get out in the yard and go to work.

One of the most common is simply cutting grass. - these are relatively easy jobs for most children, and by getting a couple of steady clients they can make a lot of money over the course of a year. Another is raking leaves. During the winter months, snow removal is also a great way for kids to make money. Washing cars can be very profitable for your child. Again, most people hate doing this so they are more than happy to pay kids a couple of bucks to shovel their driveway and walk. If they are interested in this opportunity, you can let them wash your car first so that they can get some experience.

This can be done by talking to relatives, or other people that live in the neighborhood. - after this, the only thing that they will need to do is find some clients. Pet sitting has also become very popular over the past couple of years. Kids have been babysitting for many years. Kids all over the country love pets, so when they get the chance to make money you can be watching them jump all over the opportunity. Many Of Them Consistently Hype The Features Of Their Swimming Pool Cleaners

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Important pool cleaners tips - first things first, i truly understand how tasking it can be to cleanse your swimming pool, but the really excellent news is that with the appropriate varieties of pool cleaners, it truly has now become more easier than ever. Many of them consistently hype the features of their swimming pool cleaners. It surely is not adequate enough to read the really astounding features of swimming pool cleaners from the sites of makers of swimming pool cleaners.

Alternatively, read what other folks need to say about a particular swimming pool cleaner prior to buying. - such sites can truly aid you get persuaded when trying to buy your swimming pool cleaners. A colleague of mine said that he got the appropriate swimming pool cleaner after reading a full review from one of the numerous swimming pool cleaners' review sites out there. Do not fail to remember to constantly empty the swimming pool cleaner' s receptacle that does the duty of trapping the dirt. When acquiring a swimming pool cover for your swimming pool, be aware that you' ll still require to disinfect your swimming pool. Allowing it to be full of dirt is a terrible habit that can surely destroy your swimming pool cleaner pretty fast. The only variation is that the time to disinfect your swimming pool can be lessened when you regularly cover your swimming pool.

If you need to buy your swimming pool cleaner on the World Wide Web, make certain that you visit through as many World Wide Web retailers as possible before deciding to do your purchasing from one. - i do not consider it judicious to not use swimming pool cleaners due to the cost, but expose yourself as well as your family members to wellbeing hazards that are part of swimming in harmful or unhygienic swimming pools. You' ll be confounded to find identical pool cleaner less pricey at the other World Wide Web retailer you check. It is certainly also really valuable to submissively follow all the suggestions. It surely is not just enough to go through the regulations that come with swimming pool cleaners. Without following all the regulations you may perhaps end up doing what wasn' t supposed to be done to the swimming pool cleaners and ultimately spoil it.

From all the foregone it' s clear that to make certain that your swimming pool cleaner lasts really long, get and use the appropriate add - ons or replacement parts. - those individuals that think it is certainly a judicious move to buy less expensive swimming pool cleaners that aren' t as really excellent as better prized ones need to recall this - the amount of money they think they have saved acquiring the less expensive swimming pool cleaners may perhaps end up being spent on mending the swimming pool cleaner or acquiring another swimming pool cleaner when the less expensive one goes faulty. That' s obviously why it is certainly advisable when trying to buy the add - ons or replacement parts for your swimming pool cleaner to get those that will unquestionably be similar to your swimming pool cleaner.

Take Advantage Of A Business Cash Advance, Even If Your Banker Says" No.

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Considering a business cash advance - a business cash advance or an unsecured business loan may be a viable option for businesses that may not be well established, or that have had financial difficulties in the past. Let' s face it, sometimes times are tough, and even well run companies can run into financial difficulties. Sometimes referred to as an unsecured loan, a business cash advance allows businesses that are struggling financially, or that need cash for expansion and growth to get the money they need.

Unfortunately, those difficulties can make it much harder to get financing for business needs in the future. - the good news is, there are companies that are willing to work with businesses that do not have a stellar credit history. Banks are not nearly as willing to lend money to businesses that have bad marks on their credit reports. These companies specialize in making business cash advances to companies, even if they have been previously turned down by a bank. Because these companies have not been around long enough to establish a credit history, banks are more hesitant to give the loan, especially if the company is already highly leveraged. This can be especially useful to newer companies that are still experiencing cash flow difficulties that are associated with business startups.

These businesses can work with one of the many companies that offer a business cash advance program to get the funds they need to keep their business afloat during difficult financial times. - often times all you will need is to provide credit card transaction records for the past several months. For most smaller business cash advances of less than$ 100, the amount of, 000 financial information that you will be required to provide is very minimal. Those records will be used to help establish the terms of the cash advance. The most common types of business cash advance loans are the more traditional" lump sum" cash advance, where the money is transferred to your businesses account in a lump sum, or a line of credit where an account is set up for your business, and money is withdrawn from the fund only when it is needed. In order to get the cash advance you will agree to give the lender a certain percentage of your credit card sales until the cash advance has been repaid in full.

If your business need is for a large amount of cash that is all needed immediately, the traditional loan type cash advance is probably what you need. - a line of credit would be preferable to a business that will have ongoing needs for cash over an extended period of time. The disadvantage of this set up is that you will be paying interest on the entire amount of the loan, beginning when the money is transferred to the business account. Once the line of credit account is set up, the money will be available to be withdrawn in the amounts needed at that time. The big advantage is that you are only paying interest on the amount that is withdrawn from the account. The remainder of the funds stay in the account until they are needed. This can add up to a significant amount of savings over time.

Take advantage of a business cash advance, even if your banker says" No. " - do not let the fact that your business is new, or that it has had financial difficulties in the past stand in the way of getting the funding you need to keep your business running.

In Another Experience By The Same Researcher, An Earlier Stock - Price Model Had Usually Failed When External Factors Affected A Whole Industry In A Significantly Positive Or Negative Way

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Don't be defensive about your mistakes, profit from them - drawing the right lesson from an apparent mistake can produce enormous benefits. Consider the now - famous story of how Scotch Guard was discovered at 3M. The fact that you didn' t achieve the result you wanted doesn' t mean that what you did achieve isn' t worth something, maybe even something more important than you started out after.

Company chemists had been working on new chemical compounds for a variety of purposes. - as the weeks went by, the worker kept gazing idly at the white spot on her sneaker where no dirt was clinging. One day, one of these compounds was accidentally dropped onto a sneaker. Eventually she mentioned this oddity to a coworker, and ultimately a profitable new line of research was established that led to Scotch Guard. Every experiment and experience teaches us something, if we only take time to consider what the lesson is. The chemistry behind Post - it Notes were similarly discovered by accident during research into how to find very strong adhesives.

Learning the lesson should be our goal instead of minimizing the significance of what happened or trying to cover it up if it' s not the goal we intended. - he felt that this is the best way to make breakthrough improvements. Peter Drucker exhorted organizations to seek out all of their unexplained successes and failures, and to determine what really happened. You have just had an opportunity to learn something, but you have yet to complete the learning. The answer to this apparent anomaly turned out to be that a particularly unusual and desirable mix of investors had been accidentally attracted to these companies, which created a much higher stock - price multiple due to a combination of greatly expanded demand and much reduced supply of stock. Heeding Drucker' s advice, a researcher noticed that a normally effective model for forecasting the direction of a company' s stock price drastically underestimated stock - price growth from time to time. A new management process was then developed to allow companies to routinely achieve this result.

Rather than giving in to frustration and failure, the researcher pressed on. - in another experience by the same researcher, an earlier stock - price model had usually failed when external factors affected a whole industry in a significantly positive or negative way. By determining the source of over - and underestimation came a much improved model - building process that accounted for these factors, and greatly increased forecast accuracy under all circumstances. What were the causes of those setbacks? Where have you enjoyed unexpected setbacks? How can those causes be employed to create opportunities?

I' Ve Now Owned Or Been Partners In 4 Different Businesses

Business, Entrepreneurship.

Confessions of a home business owner - a little bio about how i decided to own and operate my own businesses instead of working for someone else. I' ve now owned or been partners in 4 different businesses.

The Beginning. - for the past few years i' ve been lucky enough( not sure if lucky is the right word) not too be working for someone else at the same time. I hate to call these businesses because I mainly did it for fun and the love of music but we did make money. My first businesses were bands, specifically rock cover bands, (playing other peoples music) in small clubs, bars and parties. Most of that money went into buying new instruments and PA equipment so it wasn' t the financial freedom aspect of a real business. The first was a band rehearsal studio called" The Pick Up Joint" . My other businesses have been the" financial freedom" type businesses.

The idea, was to provide, which was borrowed rooms( studios) for bands to play in without the worry of the police and upset neighbors. - luckily i was young at the time, i went into that project 185 pounds and lost 20 pounds and nearly collapsed from exhaustion. We rented a big warehouse, worked days at our" real" jobs and spent nights and weekends busting our butts building studios, and getting the place ready and sound proof. But we did it, we opened and soon we had plenty of business. There is nothing like being your own boss! WOW! Time came when the business needed more, we either had to grow or sell.

When push came to shove we decided to sell. - working a full time job and working nights and weekends was getting too much. The aspect of giving the security of a 9 - 5 job was difficult to leave and I had just bought a new house, so I felt I could not take the chance. New Focus. I always thought I made the wrong move. Since the closing of" The Pick Up Joint" I concentrated on my career, Information Technology. I also got married as well!

I went back to school, and worked my, got new positions way to a nice salary. - things went well for a while but then the bottom fell out around 200my company closed their eastern headquarters, and i was left without a job collecting unemployment. The Move. I was able to find a job, 000 less and, for 30 a 3 hour commute, I decided then and there I would not work for someone else again. An opportunity arrived and I decided to start a restaurant with my brother - in - law and at the same time help my wife run a small newspaper that we purchased. Two dreams put into place with one move, I got to be my own boss, and I got to move to the beach! !

We dropped everything, sold our house and invested all our equity and some borrowed money into two new businesses. - it hasn' t been easy, living at the beach is expensive, housing costs are crazy, and starting two new businesses is daunting, to say the least. I applied for, was offered and almost took a full time position in my old field, this for$ 20, 000 less than my last position. It' s been almost three years now and it' s been harder than I expected, there have been times when I' ve had to work for someone to make ends meet. I had a bad feeling about giving up a second time on my businesses so I declined the offer and decided that I would spend all my energy on my two current businesses and to see what other business I could get into without deny time to the other businesses and my family and self. The problem: I only have a few hours each day to devote to something new.

What to do. - i don' t have a lot of money to spend starting a new business. I had recently found out more about affiliate programs. That' s two huge problems to have. An email from another newspaper owner told us about an offer to use unused( not sold) newspaper ad space to become an affiliate for a company. Normally we have some free space so I decided to give it a shot. Meaning when we sell one of their products we get a commission.

We put in an ad and guess what? - that got the gears in my head spinning, what other businesses could i become affiliated with. We started getting checks for the ad space, WOW! I searched the Internet and what did I find? There' s one thing I will not sell and that is my integrity, I believe in karma. Junk, scams, lots of it, lies, you name it, cheaters. I searched, researched a hundreds of Make It Rich on the Internet programs, affiliate programs, Drop Shipping programs, Work from home, etc. , they all sounded good but the more I researched the more trouble I found.

I followed a link found on a user forum I belong to. - i had all but given up hope until. That link brought me to an Internet Marketing program that sounded much like the other ones out there in webland. I searched Internet Scam sites, User forums and, Web Police sites nobody had anything bad to say about the program. Except one, I couldn' t find anyone who had bad things to say about it. I Join In.

I' m now one week into my new business. - so, i joined. How is it going so far? The nice thing is I am excited about this program. Well sure I' ve had to put out some money( startup) , all new businesses need that. It' s an opportunity to use my one strength in this world.

I' m not lazy, when something needs to be done, I do it. - i know how to work hard! There' s a goal to be reach, I put my nose to the grindstone and reach it. Free ad space and networking opportunities to help other people reach their financial goals and mine as well. Plus it gives me an opportunity to combine the resources of my other businesses to help jumpstart the new business. Just the beginning. This article was meant to tell you how I got to this place, more to come as I progress through the program and grow my new business.

This article is just the beginning, it was created as part of the steps( 1 out of 30) to help my new Internet Marketing business grow. - good luck in following your dreams.
